The resale value in 5 years is going to be mind blowing because projects like the airport, seaport and fourth mainland bridge as landmarks in Epe would have proven its worth to late investors. Most people like to see all before they can believe.
As a real estate consultant however, it would be bad business to attach landmarks 5 hours away from the property you are consulting for—imagine saying Olumo rock is a landmark to an estate in Ibafo, Ogun state. Same Ogun state but obviously a lie. To sell better, it would pay to in fact know the distance between the landmarks and the property you are consulting for. It builds your credibility to potential investors.
